A dispute over funding for the state Department of Juvenile Justice showed what one lawmaker called 'a dirty little secret' in how state agency budgets are controlled by the governor's office.

An angry meeting in Miami between state legislators and juvenile justice officials has exposed publicly what for years has been an open secret in the state capital: Despite a state law to the contrary, Gov. Jeb Bush's administration handcuffs state agencies' requests for money from lawmakers.

Dear Governor Bush please consider using this site to help you campaign for another term as Governor. Your wonderful work during the hurricanes and all the good work you have done for the building industry here in the state of Florida has been exemplary. I feel it is worthy of another 4 years as the leader of the state. With out people like you where would modern government be? Perhaps you should consider running for President and you could spread you fine work nation wide. Just imagine an entire country where builders, realtors and Lawyers can do as they please making Hugh profits and never having to worry about Government interference. What a world that would be! You know you can count on me to tell everyone what a great President you would be.
